We hold your privacy in the highest regard.  Any and all personal information gathered by Robson Design will be used for fullfilling your order and communicating with you about said order.  We do not share our customer information with any other company.  Robson Design does occasionally send emails to our customers detailing new products, events, and occasional sales.  You may opt out of these when registering.

International Order

Robson Design will satisfy the wants and needs of auto enthusiasts worldwide! 
We ship internationally - including America, Europe and Asia. 

We use the regular postal service depending on the size and cost of the order. 
We can ship only to the billing address of a credit card.  For international orders the process is fairly simple:

• Contact Robson Design to request a quote including product, actual shipping cost and delivery date.
• We will email you a quote including a credit card form to fill out (card number, expiration date, mailing address, etc)  Download the authorization form here.
• Fill out the form and fax it back to us at +65-65151257.
• Email or fax us the front and back of your credit card.
• For some countries or order amounts we may require a bank wire transfer.
  
  

You may order the products via our Online Shopping.

We use PayPal payment as this is one of the most secured payment process online. For international orders the process is fairly simple:

• Order your parts in Online Shopping and make payment via PayPal for that items. (Shipping fee is not included for international order).
• Key in your contact information and we will contact you regarding the shipping cost or alternatively, please send us an Enquiry regarding the shipping cost before making the purchase.
• We will email you a quote including a credit card form to fill out (card number, expiration date, mailing address, etc)  Download the authorization form here.
• Fill out the form and fax it back to us at +65-65151257
• Email or fax us the front and back of your credit card.
• For some countries or order amounts we may require a bank wire transfer or you may make the Shipping Cost through PayPal transfer.

Your credit card information will be kept in the strictest confidence.  You will be billed five days before shipping.  This process is required by our bank but protects all parties involved.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
